for delivery on a Holiday or

allow more time for delivery. We
recommend that you order a
few days in advance to the
occasion during the high
seasons' rush.

Sometimes we telephone the
recipients prior to delivering
to confirm directions and
coordinate delivery time.
So if your order is a surprise
you need to advise us first.
We are not able to guarantee a
specific time of delivery.
Remote or rural areas may
require additional delivery
time.
4- Because of the
nature of our products, same day
delivery
is not
possible.
Our products are made to order
the day before delivery.
We require you place your order
at least 24 to 48 hours before
the delivery date.
5- In the event any of the
following circumstances should
occur to interrupt delivery we
will contact you either for
cancellation or to change the
delivery date:
- Under Tropical Storm and Hurricane warning or during
floods.**

We are not responsible for the
following situations during
delivery. You will incur
in paying a second delivery
charge if we need to
redeliver because of any of the
following situations:

Delivery to misleading and/or
incorrect addresses.

Failing to provide correct

* Unsuccessful deliveries
arising from the recipient not
being present at the time of
delivery.
* Distressed fruit
and/or melted chocolate because
of lost time for any of the

We always
take the recipients signature as
proof of delivery.
Product Guarantee
At Berry Fruity Bouquet we
make an effort to provide our
clients with exactly the product
ordered. In the event a
certain fruit, basket or container
is not available, we will substitute
with one of equal value.
Prices
The prices of our products do not
include the 7% sales tax, service
charge and delivery charge. These
are calculated automatically once in
the shopping cart at checkout.

Cancellations and
Refunds
Berry Fruity Bouquet does not allow
orders to be cancelled within 24
hours of the requested delivery date
or within 7 days during peak seasons
such as: Christmas, Valentine's Day,
Mother's Day or Father's Day,
because of the extremely high volume
of orders during these seasons.
We do not refund your credit card
unless there has been a fault on our
behalf, [very unlikely]. Otherwise
you will be issued a refund towards
your next purchase.

re-deliver another of the same value
