Product Guarantee
At Berry Fruity Bouquet we
make an effort to provide our
clients with exactly the product
ordered. In the event a
certain fruit, basket or container
is not available, we will substitute
with one of equal value. In most
cases, and if we find it necessary
because the change will make a
difference, we will contact you
prior to fulfilling the order for
your approval.
Prices
The prices of our products do not
include the 7% sales tax or delivery charge. These
are calculated automatically once at
the shopping cart upon checkout.
We
reserve the right to change prices
without prior notice.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
If
for any reason the recipient should
encounter a problem with any of our
products, regarding the quality of
the fruit, we will happily
re-deliver
another of equal value.
Claims
Claims should be placed within the
first 24 hours after delivery.
The gift should should not be
tampered with and left untouched -
as delivered. We will NOT
honor/acknowledge claims after the
time limit or if the bouquet has
been consumed in part or in full.
Situations we DO NOT
and WILL NOT
Guarantee
1-
The recipient does not eat or like
the fruit you selected.
2- The recipient does not like
or eat the type of chocolate you
selected.
3- The recipient does not like
the "style" you selected.
4- The recipient wants another
type of gift and not fruit - which
you selected.
5- The recipient does not want
to accept the gift from you.
Unfortunately these are situations
out of our control to which we
cannot offer refunds, exchange or
any other type of guarantee.
