Berry Fruity Bouquet

Berry Fruity Bouquet does not allow orders to be cancelled within 24 hours of the requested delivery date or within 7 days during peak seasons such as: Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day or Father's Day. Because of the extremely high volume of orders during these seasons, we coordinate with anticipation by  purchasing large quantities of fruit from our suppliers.



Refunds

We do not refund your credit card unless there has been a fault on our behalf with your order, [very unlikely].  You will be issued a credit towards your next purchase, or we can happily exchange for another of equal value with no additional delivery cost to you.
