How soon can you deliver?
Because every bouquet is made fresh to the order, same
day delivery is not possible. We request you place
your order at least 2 days prior to the delivery date. We
may require additional time for ordering during peak seasons
such as major holiday seasons.
Can you ship to the US?
Because of the nature of our products, fresh cut fruit are
perishable. Shipping outside of Puerto Rico to the US
or any other country is not possible at this time.
Are your products guaranteed?
All of our fruit bouquet designs and chocolate dipped strawberry
bouquets are guaranteed to arrive fresh and ready to eat!
They are transported in refrigerated vehicles and ice packed.
Because we are so confident of the quality of our products we
offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee that all our fruit bouquets
will arrive fresh! Your product will be exchanged at no
additional cost to you.
Is delivery
guaranteed?
Our
deliveries are guaranteed to arrive the date selected for
delivery. We do NOT promise specific delivery time.
Your bouquet will arrive its destination during normal
business hours. Please read our "Delivery Policy" for
more information regarding delivery.
Can I request a change
or addition to my order?
If you
wish to add a specific fruit or request a change in a
specific style you selected, call us for the possibility.
You may like a specific bouquet for example that has milk or
dark chocolate and want it with white chocolate, etc.
We are always open to your suggestions and to satisfy your
custom request.
