Our products contain wooden and/or plastic picks, [skewers], which are not suitable to be managed by children or handled inadequately.  Adult supervision is recommended.   Berry Fruity Bouquet™ is not responsible or shall be held liable for accidents resulting from improper use of the picks or any other accessory included in our designs.

We reserve the right to substitute baskets if the exact one is not available. This will not affect the overall bouquet design chosen.

Substitutions: [regarding fruit]
Some fruit are seasonal.  If a particular fruit is not available we will call you for a suggested substitution.  This will not affect the price of the fruit bouquet.  We will adjust accordingly.
